Vantar is operated by Vantar Group LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company formed on November 11, 2025 (registered agent: Northwest Registered Agent Service Inc, 30 N Gould St Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801). Our products include the Nuro SDK (open-source), Vantar Cloud (managed neuromorphic hardware API), and the Vantar Dev Kit. Contact: hello@vantar.xyz

We collect the minimum necessary to operate our services: — Email address: when you join the waitlist or sign up for Vantar Cloud access — Usage data: anonymous page visit data via Plausible Analytics (no cookies, no cross-site tracking, GDPR-compliant by design) — API usage: compile jobs, execution runs, and hardware usage associated with your API key when you use Vantar Cloud — Communications: emails you send to hello@vantar.xyz We do not collect names, phone numbers, payment data (no payments yet), or any data you do not explicitly provide.

We use your data only to: — Send you early access invitations and product updates (waitlist) — Operate and secure your Vantar Cloud account — Respond to your support and contact requests — Understand aggregate traffic patterns to improve the website (anonymous analytics only) We do not sell your data. We do not use it for advertising. We do not share it with third parties except as described below.

We use a small number of third-party services: — Plausible Analytics (plausible.io): anonymous website analytics, no cookies, EU-based, GDPR-compliant — Twenty CRM (self-hosted, crm.klyntos.com): stores waitlist email addresses on infrastructure we control — GitHub (github.com): hosts the open-source Nuro SDK; subject to GitHub's own privacy policy We do not use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or any advertising trackers.

We do not use cookies on vantar.xyz. Our analytics provider (Plausible) is cookieless by design. If we add functionality in the future that requires cookies (e.g. authentication), we will update this policy and notify users.

Waitlist emails are retained until you request removal. Vantar Cloud API logs are retained for 90 days and then deleted. Anonymous analytics data has no personal identifiers and is retained indefinitely.

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time. Email hello@vantar.xyz with your request and we will respond within 30 days. If you are in the EU or EEA, you also have the rights provided under the GDPR including the right to data portability and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

We use standard security practices including HTTPS-only access and restricted access to stored data. Vantar Cloud API keys are hashed at rest. We do not store payment card data.

We will update this policy as our products evolve. Material changes will be communicated via email to users with accounts. The date at the bottom of this page reflects the last update.
